Hi, I’m Nicole! I’m the Grain Free Academy creator and founder of the popular food blog Heal Me Delicious where I share hundreds of delicious grain-free and gluten-free, AIP, Paleo, egg-free, dairy-free AND nut-free recipes.
My goal is to ensure folks with food allergies, dietary restrictions and chronic illness can live their best and most delicious lives with ease and truly find food freedom. As someone who lives with food allergies and an autoimmune disease, I know what it’s like to feel like you have to choose between delicious foods and feeling your best. Good news, you don't! I’m determined to never let your dietary restrictions limit your enjoyment of baked goods including fluffy breads, savory pastries, and of course, sweet treats.
